Meet Our Talent

Angela Legaspi

International Assistant

“Powering through different types of work every day honed me to develop my critical thinking skills among other things. Working at the Firm has drawn out my other capabilities as well. This also encouraged me to continue to improve my work and myself.”

How was living in Osaka in reality to what you had imagined before you arrived?

Osaka is how I imagined it to be - a vibrant city and the perfect hotspot for food trips.

How would you describe your co-workers?

On top of being very well-knowledgeable in the field, my co-workers are dependable and teach one the ropes in a systematic manner.

Do you feel like you're having an impact directly on the clients that you work for?

Yes. I believe that the outputs we present to clients provide great value to help them arrive and meet the best of their visions.

What are the challenging aspects of your work?

Time-constraint. Working at the Firm always calls one to provide meticulous and high quality outputs in a short amount of time. It can be challenging to get used to the work and exercise the routine, but as time passes by, I think the same challenging aspects can bring out the best capabilities of the person.

What is the most important thing that working at the Firm has taught you about yourself?

Powering through different types of work every day honed me to develop my critical thinking skills among other things. Working at the Firm has drawn out my other capabilities as well. This also encouraged me to continue to improve my work and myself.

When I am not at work, I am

sleeping or going to parks in Osaka.

What is the best thing about being a part of a global team?

Being part of a global team has further allowed me to be immersed in other cultures apart from my own. It also let me see and learn the different parts of the world.

I am looking forward to experience

more takoyaki food stalls!

What would you say makes someone successful at the Firm; and more specifically, what factors have made you successful at Firm?

I think in order to be successful at the Firm, it is important to be dedicated in the work we do - being meticulous over the tiniest of details, exercising discipline, and always keeping in mind the mission of the Firm.

What three words describe the Firm best? First in English, then in your mother tongue.

- Unique. Katangi-tangi.
- Quality. Kalidad.
- Discipline. Disiplina.

What is your most treasured possession that you've obtained during your stay in Japan thus far and why?

A traditional music box I bought in Kyoto; it always reminds me of my reason why Japan is one of the greatest places to be in.
